Epson Color Stylus 600 Error Lights

I have an Epson Stylus Color 600 printer that has the "load/eject and power" lights flashing, and the black and color ink out lights staying on. Can any one tell me what the problem is? I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

DONIEL: First I need to let you know that as an "Epson Authorized Service Dealer", I'm limited to some help and information that I can actually supply or give to you. I may not be able to actually provide enough help to repair your printer. However sometimes I might point you in the right direction and someone else may be able to help you further...AS TO YOUR POSSIBLE PROBLEM OR PROBLEMS: When the two ink lights are on SOLID and the power light and paper light are both FLASHING, that indicates a LEVEL 1 ERROR on most Epson Printers...TECH NOTE: If all four lights are flashing thats a different error...I'm sorry, but just as it sounds, a "fatal Error" is the worse possible error on your printer. There are approximatly 10 different things that can cause a FATAL ERROR and most of them involve HARDWARE PROBLEMS [bad/defective/failing electrical parts]. The two biggest trouble areas are the "Carriage Assembly" and the "Paper Feed Assembly". You would normally know if you have been having any paper feed problems. You would also normally know if your printer was having any unusual or strange GRINDING NOISES or RATCHETING NOISES, that may indicate a DIRTY or DRY CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY. The only thing you can possibly do is to correctly clean and lubricate the "carriage assembly" and see if that helps your problem. If you need any further information on the cleaning and lubing of that assembly, let me know thru this "printer repair site", as I don't normally respond to e-mail requests. If I can help you further, I will try...Good Luck! Denny Conway
