TI Microlaser 600 toner light
The toner light comes on at start-up and the printer will do nothing. There is sufficient toner in the cartridge and when I manually rotate the drum the drum is coated with toner. I would appreciate any trouble shooting help you could provide.
There is a manual reset procedure. I know how to do it if I'm in front of the printer. It involves putting it in service mode which is hold down the 3rd and 4th buttons from the right while powering printer on. Then it is a sequence of button pushing to reset the drm and tnl counts to zero. I'll have to do it at the shop and write the procedure down step by step as it is rather involved. I'll get back to you on it.
Moe: I just sent you a direct e-mail before finding this message board. The MicroLaser 600 does not have but one button on the front. It's a green one, located just under the "microLaser" logo. I look forward to your reply.
