HP 6L Print Quality Problem

I've noticed that the print quality with my HP LaserJet
6L is getting worse and worse. The best way to
describe it is that it prints on too high of a
contrast. I noticed this with some grayscale images
that I was trying to print. They come out like
they're in black and white only. I've tried adjusting
the density, etc., but it doesn't work. I've also
tried a new toner cartidge but that doesn't seem
to matter either. Though, one guy that I work
with says that we use recyled toner cartidges, so
could that be the problem? It wasn't always this
way...

Thanks!
As one of the very few quality cartridge remanufacturers out there, I've said this on the forum a few times. The vast majority of remanufactured or refilled cartridges out there are just plain awful. Your chances of getting a good one are less than 1 in 10.
