Epson Epson Artisan 1430

Epson Artisan 1430 problem

Im Razak from Malaysia. I bought Epson Artisan 1430 printer to do some half tone printing for screen printing t shirt. I also bought a stepdown transformer for reduce electricity from 220Volt to 110V. I unpacked the printer, follow all instruction on removing all necessary salotape inside out, connect to stepdown transformer. Fill all ink with black max cartridges (6 black ink cartridges), close to top ink cover until hear click sound and closed top printer cover. Then switch ON power supply. The printer head moving to the left side and stuck there with loud grinding sound. At the same time ink indicator and paper/garbage indicator also flashing together. Power indicator off. Another test also reveal the same simptom. Is it a Fatal Error Crashed? What should I do?
I would look at the power requirements of the printer and the output of the transformer.

It could be another issue but it sounds like it is stalling because it does not have enough amperage to function properly.
