Konica Minolta Magicolor 1600W error lights on

My 1600W was turned off after successful printing. (A K cartridge had been replaced about two weeks ago & everything was running normally)
Upon turn on now to print, after warm up with green led flashing, error and all four toner cartridge led's are solid orange.
I've unplugged the power cord, held in the clear button for more than 15 seconds, low toner message & toner out stop are set to OFF, auto continue is ON.
Where should I look to clear the error lights?

In "remote panel utility"
Problem solved with assistance from Konica Minolta Technical Support (877-778-2687).
The toner cartridge chips are "read" by a three spring contact assembly (located at lower left of the cartridges when front panel is opened).
One of the three contact fingers was not fully extended & had to be pried up gently to align with the others by using a small jeweler's screwdriver.
The cartridge chips can also be cleaned if necessary using an eraser.
To get to the contact assembly the cartridge just above it should be removed.
