LaserJet 4Si turns itself off immediately

My LJ4Si just started turning itself off immediately after turning it on. Depending on how long I leave it off, it stays on for anywhere from a very brief instant to about 10 seconds, then simply dies. No lights, no error codes, no noise, no nothing.

The printer had sat for a while before I replaced the toner cartridge with a brand new genuine HP cartridge. It'd printed a few pages with the new cartridge, and had a repeated smudge that I'm sure was just some roller needing cleaning. Since I put the new cartridge in it, it'd been off for a couple of days. It just started this today.

Thoughts? If it's the DC supply, how hosed am I?
I would suspect the LVPS. That's the AC power supply. It's been about 10 years since I worked on one of those printers.
