Epson C900 toners wet ?
Do laser toners when machine sits unused for two years absorb moisture in a moist room, no airflow ? Is there a way to dry them out ? Smeared indistinct results, unit not worn at all, very little use, maybe 300 pages max.

No, toners do not absorb moisture. Not familiar with that model. Without seeing a print example I couldn't render a diagnosis.
