Old School Challenge - Epson Stylus Color 1520
I've dug out my old Epson Stylus Color 1520 and have been trying to get it up and running. I've bought a USB to Parallel converter cable and hooked it up to my Windows 7 laptop, installed the newest drivers and everything looked good.
The laptop recognised the printer, and says it is ready to go...
However, whenever I try to print a document, instead of the document I sent it prints out pages of repeating squares and ()"::":L?>
Also, when I ask it to perform a nozzle check or print head clean, it does nothing.
