paper exit rollers

Dear, concerns a HP Laserjet 4M : Paper exit trouble. I replaced the rollers, but this did not change the trouble : at the top, the paper goes "over" the roller assembly instead of be tween them, causing the (standard weight) paper to exit halfway, and then cause fine jams. Did I forget to put a part back in again ? Have the Sensors something to do with it or wear ? Thanks in advance !
it is a design defect of HP...service notes indicate it is the roller holder, but its not.
this is a isolated part defect..we do them all the time here in ONtario. check out this website fo rthe part.
