HP CP2025dn Magenta offset
I have a printer that skews the magenta image. The color is about 1/16"+ higher on the left and slopes to almost level on the right side of the page. All other colors are fine. Page count is 3672 pages.
When the machine is turned on a blank page is ejected. Likewise, when the toner access door is opened and closed a blank page is ejected. No error codes are displayed. I have calibrated numerous times and tried a different magenta toner. Any ideas?
Thank you.

The slide out toner carriage is the culprit. HP should replace it on a service note. Big issue on these printers.
Thanks for the tip. I tried swapping the toner carriage with a working printer and the defect stays with the original machine. Am I doing something wrong or is there another solution? Just to clarify, I am swapping the tray that the toners fit into and slides into the machine.
Thank you for your help.

Here is an update to my original problem; just the Magenta was offset.
I replaced the "color mis-registration sensor assembly" part # RM1-4850, performed a color calibration, and voila! perfect alignment of all colors.
Hope this helps someone else. These boxes are apparently not very good as evidenced by the amount of complaints that can be found on the internet.
