Epson Stylus 3000 Pro

I had some very expensive work done as the shop told me that I needed a new print house and print head.
Prior to that the printer had been sitting packed up a long time and the red ink was plugged in my opinion. Supposedly he cleaned things and then replaced things. Red is still not flowing and now the paper gets a small bend on one end as it feeds in and frequently it takes several sheets at a time. Before I moved this machine ran perfectly.I packed it carefully and it rode on the car seat so it was not upset during the move. I just ordered some of your cleaner and hopefully that will fix the plug, but is it possible that the clearances in there are off after the parts change? I am desperate to make this work again. It is aterrific and low mileage printer and I cannot afford a new one. Help appreciated or a GOOD repair tech to fix it FOR SURE.
