HP Laserjet 5mp won't feed paper from either tray

My 5mp won't feed paper from either tray. This happens whether I am sending a print job from the computer or trying to print a demo/test page. There is no paper jam - after turning the printer off, I get a green light. But each time I try to print, the light blinks, motor turns on, and at least the back rollers are spinning, but no paper is picked up. Error, tray 1 and tray 2 turn amber and the data light stays green. All this clears if I turn it off/on.

From searching the forums I can't tell if this would be a paper feed assembly issue, the fuser element, or overtemp fuse.

For the fuse, do you have a diagram or instructions for replacement?
When the lights come on, push both buttons at the same time and that will give you the secondary light code. With that code, we can diagnose the fault.

When I push both buttons at once, only the top error light stays on.

20 MEM OVERFLOW
Too much data, or data too complex.

Recommended Action
Turn Page Protection ON or to AUTO (can be set within the Remote Control Panel).
2. Add optional memory.
3. Reduce the complexity of the print job.
Press GO to resume printing.
