Epson Epson Stylus Color 600

Epson Workforce 600 - Scans & copies, won't print.

I've been trying for about a month now to get my new Workforce 600 to print. I've called tech support three times, and have tried everything else I can think of, including some good ideas from this site, and am totally stumped.

At first I thought it was the common Epson problem with the ink cartridges not being recognized, but when I tried making a copy, it worked fine.

Tech support is convinced that it's the usb connection, despite the fact that I can scan to my computer, so obviously there's at least some sort of connection. They had me try a new usb cable, and I even bought a hub to see if that worked, and still no luck.

Has anyone experienced a problem similar to this? The message that always displays when I try to print is "Printer not ready". If you need any other info please let me know.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!
I am having same problem. When I look on the display screen of the printer, I see fax, scan, copy, etc. but not PRINT....I think it used to have a print icon on there...I have tried EVERYTHING to get it to print and it just won't.

You give the print command from the computer. As the used to say in the military R.T.F.M. Read the manual.
