HP 2840 Error code 50.1 Fuser Error

Hi, I just recently started getting an error on my HP 2840 which is 50.1 Fuser Error. It tells me to turn off then back on. I thought this meant the power to the printer, so I tried turning that off and back on, but the next time I tried to print, I would get the same error. What do I need to do to fix this? If a part needs replacing, is it something I can do myself?
You will need to replace the fuser assy. It just works when you're printing and that's why you get the error when you send the print job. It's real easy to replace. If you look at the back of the printer, you'll see a couple of blue plastic latches. You just turn them to unlock and the fuser will come out. If you need a fuser, click on my name for pricing and ordering info. I won't be able to help you with it until Monday.
