Hp HP Photosmart C6180

Ink jet failure

I have an HP C6180 Photosmart printer. It had inkjet failure. With help form the forum here I got that fixed. Thank you all. But now my printer won`t print pink or red. Can anyone help me with this problem?
The printheads are removable on that printer. There is an access door on the right side. Unlatch the cover and the heads lift out. Soak the bottom of the head in very hot, almost boiling water. Then blot dry and reinstall.

I have an hp photosmart 3210xi all in one, and all of a sudden it won't print, and an error message of ink system failure 0xc18a0305 popped up. I whent on line and did what hp said to to, (turn off, take all ink cartrages out, wait 60 seconds yada yada) and it still doesnt work, and I don't seem to have the side door that is mentioned above. I called a repair person and it will cost more than buying a new printer, and that just seems so waistfull. If there is somoething that I can try I would love your help. Thank you.
