Epson Epson Stylus Photo RX620

Epson RX620 yellow halo

I inherited an Epson RX620 printer a while back. I fitted a waste ink kit, and CIS kit about 6 months ago and since then its done excellent service right up until the beginning of this week.

It's now producing a yellow "halo"/bleed around things, this is particularly visible on coloured text.

The Nozzle Check printout shows the yellow to be all over the place so I presume this is the cause. I don't know how, or why, it has happened.

I've tried multiple cleaning cycles to no avail, and tried print head alignment but it only seems to print out an alignment sheet for the black.

Here's a link to an image showing the nozzle check printout:

My question is, does any one have any experience with similar problems, and can it be fixed? For instance, is it possible to individually align the yellow...?

Any input or suggestions appreciated.

The printout indicates a clog you can try several print head cleanings but the easiest way to clean it is a kit like this http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/kits/epson/K89

Thanks Wes. Will purchase a cleaning kit and hope that does the trick.
