Paper Curl on PLW NTR

I have an Apple Personal Laserwriter NTR that *was* accordion folding paper as it exited the printer. The kit I ordered from here arrived in short order, was clearly documented, and I installed the new roller in less than 10 minutes - very cool!

I notice that the printer seems to sometimes make two light creases down the length of the paper - evenly spaced about a third of the width from the edge. And, it the edges curl slightly (1/2 inch to an inch?) when compared to printouts from an HP 6 printer at work.

It's nothing major, but I'm using this printer for business purposes, and every little bit helps.

Any clues as to where to look next?

Thanks,

Those creases are caused by the hard plastic rollers that contact the foam rollers you replaced. It's normal for that engine, I have no idea how to get rid of it.
