HP II 50 service error

Moe, I got a 50 service error during warm up and shut off printer for 10 minutes. 50 error re-appeared when machine was turned back on. What do I need to do next to trouble shoot the cause of this problem.
If you have access to a meter, pull the fuser and check the right 2 contacts for about 3 ohms. If it's there, then it's a bad ac power module. If you don't have a meter, try our door interlock trick on the troubleshooting page and see if the fuser lights up briefly. If it does then it's a bad ac power module. Our experience is the ac power module is the cause in 90\% of the cases.

PLEASE put this algorithm on the troubleshootingpages. I had to hunt through about 400 messagesto find it.

When time permits, we plan on putting photos of fusers for diffferent models and testing points on the troubleshooting page.
