Hp HP LaserJet M1319F

What cause the problem?
The power shut off when I'm downloading the update firmware for this printer. Then, my printer screen shows an error message B0601 and the printer does not work at all.
Does anyone know what is the problem? and how to fix it?
Is it under warranty?

My girl friend tried to correct something with whiteout and then tried to copy it and the white out must not have been dry. So I have it on the window I guess it is called and I get a blank line down documents I try to copy now. Can I get the whiteout off and out of the copier section? HP says only use water...I can see the whiteout and tried a damp sponge as suggested but it will not come out....
Help....HP says there is nothing to be done....

You can try a glass cleaner like Windex & might need to pick at it a bit with a fingernail. Avoid tools though, you don't want to scratch the glass.

If that fails I usually use tab a rag with some rubber rejuvenator to help remove it. That stuff can mess up plastic if left on plastic areas for a while so that's why I use it from a rag (don't need a lot on the rag just enough to make it damp enough)but works great on rubber rollers & for cleaning glass.

Usually once its cleaned off I go back over the glass with a rag damped with glass cleaner or water to help make sure the rejuvenator is removed.

Moe sells some on this site if you need any. Whiteout on glass is very common, I see it all the time.

It is so common that when I don't see it on the glass, I'm surprised.
