Epson Epson Stylus Photo RX620

Printer Error Has Occurred EPSON RX620

PROBLEM WITH EPSON RX 620

So I hope to find someone with a answer to my problem. Ok the printer that I got is a Epson Stylus photo RX 620. Now whenever I try to turn it on, it does it startup thing but then all the sudden it says " A printer error has occurred, please see documentation". Now there's no documentation or anything. I think this started when there was a paper jam. But I took out all the pieces of paper in the printer. Please does anyone have an answer. I really don't want to waste a half year old printer.

I STILL GOT A ERROR FROM THE PRINTER, IT SAID:PRINTER ERROR OCCURED. CAN YOU HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM.
THAT ERROR CAN BE CASUED BY ANYTHING. A MOTOR, DRY CARRIAGE GUIDE SHAFT. DIRTY ENCODER STRIP. ANYTHING AT ALL

I have the same problem with an RX600. It started when my daughter pulled out a paper jam. Does anyone know how to reset the printer.
