Epson Epson Stylus Photo RX620

Epson Photo RX620: Will not copy!

My printer is an Epson Photo RX620. Im not getting any error messages, but when I put a paper in to copy it comes out very light almost so you cant see the writing. When I copy from the pc it prints just fine. My ink are all full and I have done the cleaning of the nozzles and heads. Can you help?

Thank you in advance,
What is the quality like when you use the scanner to scan a page into the PC?

In that case the scanner itself is probably ok, and its just a setting thst has been changed on the printer. Look for any settings in the copy menu such as 'quality' or 'density' or for paper types and try changing them and see what happens.

Hi Paul,
Im not sure if you received my last email, so I am going to send you another on just in case. I did as you said regarding the settings and my printer was set on drafts. I changed back to text and it copied just fine. I don't know how it got changed for I am the only one that uses the printer. Anyway it is working just fine and if you didn't open my eyes to check the settings I would not have done that. So Thank You very much.

Best Regards,

My rx620 keeps printing the company logo on every page as though I have it set up to do so thru its watermark program. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is doing this. I can have it print a test page and it prints the logo on that even. Got to be able to clear its memory or something... Any ideas?????
