Color LaserJet 2840 constant cleaning page

Hello!

I got a customers CLJ 2840 in our workshop and it is constantly producing cleaning pages. Turning device on -> requests a cleaning page. Once a cleaning process is done, it calibrates. Then one may print a few pages and the cleaning page request is coming up again. If cancelled, it goes directly into the calibrating process, eventough I turned calibrating to "off". Thus the machine is basically not operational, since it constantly cleans or calibrates.

We cleaned the printer and sensors, replaced the compatible drum unit, which was defective anyways, checked the fixing unit which is looking good. Initialized the NVRAM and put the newest firmware on - no avail.

It got two compatible and two geniune HP cartridges installed and has printed 19k pages so far. The error log shows 49.1725's, 49.1705's and a couple of 13.000's.

Any ideas, hints or input would be much appreciated.
