Hp HP LaserJet IIIP+

HP Laserjet IIIP black line

My HP Laserjet IIIP started printing a vertical very thin black line down the right hand side of all pages - it is about 3/4" in from the right hand side of the page and is on all pages. I just replaced the toner cartridge (which includes the drum) but still getting the same line. This line is really thin, like a pencil line. HELP!!
Open the little door at the front of the printer and look at the top roller inside the fuser assy. If you see a matching line, then that's your problem.

I'm having this same problem with my HP Laserjet p2015, there's a long line on the left side of the document. I do see a line on the top roller, the grey roller that must be part of the fuser ass., any suggestions on how to fix it?

I looked in there - at a red roller and another type of roller behind it - I don't see any type of line on either of the two rollers - any other ideas???

Only 2 things can cause a line, the fuser and the toner cartridge. I didn't think it was the fuser, 'cause it never is in that model. Look at the drum on the toner cartridge. Do you see the line on that? If there is a line, then the toner cartridge is bad, even though you changed it.
