HP 4si 13.1 Jam at Exit rollers

I have an hp 4si that when the paper starts coming out the the top exit rollers, the paper is turned then jams up. I have blown everthing out, cleaned all rollers but contiunes to happen. Any thoughts to what is causing it not to come out straight (parallel)
There is usually some kind of obstruction inhibiting the paper movement. You check where the end of the paper is stopping. The rollers wear evenly, so it's doubtful that one isn't driving the paper and the others are.

I am having the same problem and have tried to use compressed air to clean the area out.

How can I gain access to these rollers to see if there is something I just cannot reach with the compressed air can/tube and/or see from the output bin.

The printer is WONDERFUL otherwise.

Thanks! - Anonymous
Remove the exit assy --- kind of a difficult job & use a pretty heavy grit sandpaper on all the black rollers to remove the glossy top coat. Then clean each roller with a rubber restorer or any cleaner. Also, there is an adjustment for the rollers just after the fuser attached to the back door; 2 screws loosen & allow the bracket to slide up to 1/4 inch or so.
