HP Officejet 7210 - Cartridge Error

Hi Everyone! I'm about ready to take a bat to this pos. :) I'm on my 3rd replacement from our friends at HP. Here's the prob: I took my ink cartridge #95 and #97 (they don't expire until 2009) and put them in my 3rd replacement exactly how HP says to do it; machine on, open unit to access cartridges, unplugging unit, etc. When I power it up: "Cartridge Error. One or both cartridges are not intended for this machine". Errr!! So, back to the useless HP support website, I follow their instructions again. This time i'm cleaning both ink cartridges w/ lint free towel and also verified that the contacts on the replacement printer are brand new.

Does anybody have any ideas of what I can do next? I'm so frustrated and am beyond tired of dealing with HP's online tech support standard "it's not us, it must be you" responses.
