Epson Epson Stylus CX3600

epson cx3600,scanner working printer not?????

OHHHHHHHHHHHH my,am I jinxed with printers??
I was advised to buy one of these epson cx3600,scanner works, but the printer does not.
The tubes at the back look clean,I tried(as the previous post I read suggested) to unscrew the three screws, next to the control panel in order to attack with a syringe, but could not get the top off?
Ive just put in new cartridges, the head appears to me,not to be touching the paper, nozzle test, test page, head cleaning or alignment do not work either?
Can someone PLeeze help, before I top myself.......
I have the same problem!!!!

I suspect the other end (near the printhead parking station) of the ink tube is displaced or clogged by dried ink.

i have the same printer. if you did not print an thing for a long time the print head freezes. if you want to use it you must change the print head. otherway you only use the scanner as i did.
