Canon Canon LBP 4

Canon BJC600 head

From what I read about other ink/bubble jet printers, I need to buy a new print head. The machine won't even turn on. Some lights and beeps, but it doesn't finish startup. I had recently cleaned the head (with water), as I had done once before. This time I may have caused it to quit working. Where can I get a new print head for it. I had just bought 4 sets of ink cartridges for it, so was anxious to use it. It's a Canon BJC-600.
Hello: I had my printer in storage and it got tipped over. When I started using it, I found the black ink cartridge had leaked and ran all over the printer. I cleaned it and found the color ink cartridges were dry. I replacwed the all the cartridges of ink, and now it printd ok on black and blie, bit the other colors don't work at all. I removed the head and cleaned it, but it still does the same. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I think it's time to buy a new printer. Way too expensive to repair.

When the print head on our machine refused to clean the yellow, we enquired about the cost of a replacement. It was only marginally more expensive to buy a new (higher resolution) printer (BJC 6000).
So now we have one colour printer and one colour (except yellow) printer which will go in the bin when all the black ink tanks are finished.
