Hp HP Color Copier 150

HP LJ 4000n won't print certain documents

We have been printing the same type documents from email for some time. Recently we put a maintenance kit in and it worked fine for a week or so. Now when trying to print these docs, which change daily, they give an error 41.5. This is reported to be a paper feed assembly problem, but the paper feeds through fine. What we get is 150 pages of blank paper, no jams. We can print all other documents without problems. Now the person on the same computer is printing the same documents to another printer without problems.
Anyone have an idea what this might be?
Thanks for any suggestions.
You are really reporting conflicting information. When you get a 41.5 error the printer stops so I do not see how you get 150 blank pages. Now for the error all you need to do is check the seperation roller in the paper tray. Whoever installed it did not snap it into place and it is loose and causing the 41.5 error. Just push it towards the right until it snaps in place and you can not remove it by pushing towards the left. That said you may have other issue but first do this and let us know.

Yes it is conflicting, but up until the error, blank pages print. I will check the separation roller as you suggested to see if it is not in place. However, that would not seem to explain why it prints other documents before and after trying to print these particular type documents that won't print.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will report on the results. - bhtexan
I don't understand why it will print certain documents ok, and others not. That wouldn't be a loose roller. It would seem to be some sort of software problem, although I've never seen anything quite like that.
