HP DeskJet 670c: does't switch on

Need help!
An old 670c: when I connect power cord (a good one) and press 'Power' button, it blinks yellow ONE TIME. And that is all! After I press 'Power' again - nothing happens. Press 'Power' - one yellow blink. Press 'Power' - nothing happens. ASnd so on..
Opening main door results nothing. Cartridge carriage doesn't move anyway. What should I do?
If the power module is outputting the correct voltage, 30 VDC, then you most likely have a defective main electronics board.

Thanks a lot, Bert! Power module is really outputting 30 DC.
One addition: after I make 7-15 cycles of 'double pressing' Power button, the plate under cartrige carriage moves down and then stops. If it is already in the lower position, it tries to move down with some noise. Will it be helpful to fix my problem?

Your only option is to replace the main electronics board, HP P/N C5884-67819. I wouldn't dream of spending that much money to repair a Deskjet 600 series. Find a working Deskjet 700 or 900 series. I can tell you how to refurb one for little money and you'll have a much better printer than what you have now.
