Apple Apple LaserWriter LaserWriter

Apple Personal LaserWriter NTR

Replaced the clutch and pickup rollers on a NTR. (K07, K54 kits I believe, don't have them in-front of me) The clutch *was* cracked/broken... Sadly, the printer is still miss-feeding paper from the pickup tray.

Any ideas on where I can even start? Can barrow a video camera and post a short vid online if need be..

You need to define "miss-feeding" better. Exactly what is happening?

Thanks again for the quick reply.

Ok, I'll try.

When the print job starts, the pickup rollers grab the paper. The paper feeds maybe an inch or so, then crumples, mainly on the right side. Seems to stop just at the toner cartridge.

Don't have my faralon ethernet adaptor here w/ me to run a test print and upload a photo. Can do that later if it would help.

That describes the problem the clutch should have fixed. Put a mark on the right side of the drum at the very edge using a marker. Turn the printer on. After you hear the motor run, see if the mark has moved.
