Lexmark x75 Printer

I have re-installed the printer but now when I reboot the computer and try to use the all-in-one program for scanning, I have unstalled and installed several times and it always works fine until I reboot. I get the following error message aio.exe had encountered a problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about this program. I have been to lexmark and tried as they have said but to no avail.
