Epson Stylus Color 300: Cyan clogged

I seem to have a clogged Cyan printing head in my Epson Stylus Color 3000.

I have been unable to unclog the Cyan printing head following the directions that came with the Epson Stylus Head Cleaning Solution. After “repeating steps 2 through 7” I tried step 8. But I can’t locate the “cone-shaped fitting” in the Cyan assembly that’s described. (It’s also a little unclear what the word “assembly” refers to. I was able to move the “cartridge assembly”, but is there also an assembly that goes with the Cyan cartridge?)

When I remove the Cyan cartridge, there appears to be a small door or panel that swings shut as I remove it. And I can’t see anything in the space that’s left.

I have followed steps 2 through 7 three times now, and the Cyan print quality has improved only slightly. Any suggestions? I really like this printer, have been using it since 1999, and would like to continue on with it.

Can you help me to solve a problem. My printer S520 won't work. The light blink with orange color.
