Hp deskjet 4000
Printer won't print. Computer tell me to change cartridge but the cartridge in new! any advice?

I am assuming that this is a LaserJet 4000.
You may have to go into your printer control panel and
tell the machine that it has a new cartridge.
Instructions would be in your opperators manual
