HP OfficeJet 5610
USB Device not Recognised HP All in one 5610
Power pack to my Compaq P4 spoiled and I replaced and the system is up and running as before left with my HP Officejet printer 5610 that kept replying USB Device not Recognise each time I want to print. I've uninstalled and re-installed the printer driver , still the same error is occuring. Please help me , it is urgent.
Are you accessing your 5610 through a network? If so, you might need to make sure that your PC is sending commands to the correct IP address. The way to check the IP Address for your printer is to select setup/network/print network config page using the HP's keypad. I have an HP all-in-one 2610 and I always have to reestablish this network link whenever the printer or the PC go down.
