Laserjet 4m - how to connect to ethernet router

Can someone please shine a light to clear up my confusion...
I have read all over the place about this but I am not sure.

Can I connect my Laserjet 4m to my Linksys home router? (ethernet connection)

My HP Laserjet 4m had parallel, serial, and appletalk connections.
I have a g4 Mac (no appletalk connection) and will be getting a new PC (XP windows) too. I'd like to have them all use the printer via the router. (It's currently connected via serial to my windows 2000 pc)

I read somewhere I could use an iPrint adapter, which is no longer made. So I got one on ebay, but it's the wrong kid I guess. Then I see references to Jetdriect card... not sure if that solves my problem.

Thank you for any advice. I fixed it twice with the *great* kits from fixyourownprinter and I'd love to keep it going!
There is a plug-in JetDirect card that has a J45 Ethernet connector on it. That should do what you want. I've got a bunch of them in stock. If you want one, click on my name to email me for pricing and ordering info.
