Hp HP LaserJet 6P

HP Laserjet 6P not feeding paper all the way....

It's printing but the paper doesn't make it's way out the back and the printer is making a lot of noise. Do I need a Fuser Exit Jam Repair kit? Also, can you recommend a good cleaner or way to clean the inside of my printer? Thanks!
Just lower the back door and you're looking right at the exit rollers. You're the only one who can tell if they're good or melted. As for cleaner, a can of air from an Office Supply store works just fine. First copy will come out a little dirty, but that's all you really need. That's what our techs use out in the field.

They don't look melted. Any other ideas? Thanks! - boo15
You need to tell me exactly where the leading edge is when the paper jams. Have you tried printing with the back door down?

When I print with the back door down, the paper comes out the back about halfway or a little more and then stops. The ink is smudged. That roller in the back seems to be what is making so much noise as it turns or moves the paper. Kind of a loud rattling noise.

If you squeeze the rollers and they aren't mushy, then you most likely have a bad gear on the fuser. There are 3 of them on the right side. The cover hides them, so you'll have to remove the fuser assy. to check them. Do a forum search as the cover/fuser removal instructions have been posted numerous times.
