Hp HP OfficeJet 7210

HP 7210 All-in-one .....Unable to copy

I went to use the copier, received three messages

First: Paper jam,

What I did to correct:I removed it, then I received second message

Second: Carriage stalled

What I did to correct: After several tries and researching how to fix I came across this website. Using distilled water and Q-tips and coffee filters,I cleaned the carriage rod, the ink cartridges connectors and mylar banding.

Results: I'm now receiving a message that the paper is the wrong size and then it goes back to carriage stalled

I also tested printing from the computer and had no problem here.

Thank You

If it prints from the computer, then the carriage stalled message when copying makes no sense.

After you clean a carriage rail you have to relubricate it.

All about carriages:

Is there any other information with the wrong paper size message?
