Epson R200 - print head alignment

I have an Epson R200, and have been extremely happy with it. Over 300 DVD's printed, and no problems....however, I have noticed slight horizontal streaks (gaps) in printing. I ran the print head alignment, and although it says to pick the box with the least lines in them...they all have lines. I picked up an R220 on sale for $50, and that works well. Is it worth trying to fix the R200 ?...if its cleaning (tried already, haven't tried manual) i could do that and keep as a spare.

Any ideas ?
You have some clogged nozzles in your try to clear them, run a head cleaning or two.If you don't get any improvement, then there's another problem causing the nozzle problem. If you get improvement, but it doesn't clear up all the way, then run two or three more nozzle cleanings. If your problem doesn't clear up with the head cleanings, then post back and someone should give you some more things you can try.

I have the same problem. Bought a set of refillable cleaning cartridges filled with CLEANPRINT fluid from ebay, and ran a series of cleaning procedures. I emptied the whole set of cartridges but that did not solve the problem.
