Epson Epson Stylus CX5400

Epson won't print

I have an Epson Stylus CX5400 printer. I was trying to print out some labels yesterday and I always print out on plain paper first because it is prone to messing up. And it was a good thing that I did because no matter what I did, I could not get it to print a darned thing. It has done this before in the past but I was always able to do a head cleaning and it would correct itself. But this time I probably did this about 3 or 4 times and it still would not print. It looks like it's out of ink but the ink levels are at least 70 or 60\% on all cartridges. It's been about a month since I've printed anything out. Could it just be clogged up really bad? I ordered a repair kit and hopefully that will work.
