LJ 2420dn Sensor Problem

Am dealing with a printer that is jamming intermittently from tray 2.

The error is 13.01.00 which according to the HP website relates to a 'stuck' or 'broken' Sensor.

I am unsure where the Sensor is located - can anyone help me out ?

Many Thanks :)
Is there paper in the paper path when the jam occurs?

Many times a 13.1 error occurs when the feed roller is worn and slips when picking up paper.

Those parts need to be in the printer. There is a sensor which is not activating so that printer thinks there is a jam.
