Epson Epson Stylus Photo 900

Epson Stylus Color II

I keep seeing get an HP instead. We have 4 of them in our office and they cause more trouble than any of my Epsons
and the print quality if even the more expensive are not as good as my Epson 900. They need to be USED. If they sit, they do
clog. But I have one Color II (yes I know it is old) that prints beautiful black & white but will not print in color any more. How do I
fix that?
You either love Epsons or hate them. There seems to be no middle ground. We just started selling the Epson head cleaning kits. Don't have too much feed back yet. We had some pretty good success in the shop with it before we put it on the site. It doesn't work in every instance, but it's a cheap fix if it does.

I don't believe it is the head that is keeping it from
printing. I think the lines (tubes or whatever) that feeds
the ink is clogged.

The ink sits directly above the head. There are no lines, tubes or other.

I guess that means i hate Epson :), bought a 740 in june of 99, had to get it replaced in may of 2000, print head slams around and you can't even run any kind of test, starts when first powered on. Last weekend the replacement one did the same thing,, and gee wouldn't you know im out of warranty,, i do use it, for business, photos, and kid uses it for school,,, any one have a suggestion what type of printer i should look at next??? one with a long warranty!!!
