TI microMarc no longer print

I was printing a document and suddenly my printer (TI microMarc) became crazy: crossed out and finished with blank pages. I replaced the b/w cartridge with a new one (same model: Olivetti )but no ink on the paper. Cleaned the head with distilled water according to the manual and smoothly brushed electrical contacts.
I tried to make a print test directly from the printer but same problem; however everything seems working fine: lights are ok and cartridge head moves properly !
But Ink Pumping does not work even after cleaning entirely the tube.
I'm afraid it's a hardware problem (overvoltage?)rather than a software problem (driver: HP Deskjet 500C emulation).
I paid more than $US 250 six years ago for that printer and never had problems before that.

Unfortunately, there is no longer support from Texas Instruments who stopped producing that brand of printers and I cannot access (might be some support there?)

Thank for any help,
