HP Laserjet 4m printer jam problem - not according

Hi,

I have a HP Laser jet 4m I have already purchased your according repair kit and that helped some, but I still have a problem of the paper before it is picked up out of the tray and turn through the machine it dog ears in the upper left hand corner, seems like it attempts to grab the paper and fail resulting in a jam. When I open the paper tray the only paper in the unit is still sitting in the tray and has a crumpled upper left hand corner when it comes out. Could this be because of low quality paper or do you think there is a part that needs to be replaced? Please let me know…

Thank you

It seems like there is an obstuction it is encountering. You can watch the paper getting picked up through the opening in the rear of the tray. It should tell you exactly why the problem is ocurring. A flashlight would help.
