Apple Apple LaserWriter 360

laserwriter select 360 probelm

Recently, my reliable Apple Laserwriter Select 360 began to develop a nagging problem: When I try to print there, the desktop printer will display the message "the printer is fixing a temperature malfunction". The paper-out light in the printer will be flashing (although there are plenty of papers in the tray). If I turn the printer off and on, the problem will be fixed but only temporarily. A few minutes later or a few print job later, the same problem occurs again. Have anyone seen this problem and is there a solution?
It could be one of 2 things. Either you have a bad power supply that supplies ac to the fixing lamp, or the fixing lamp is intermittent. We have a replacement lamp in our Apple 360 kits that includes a video. We don't have power supplies for that model.

I bought the replacement lamp kit from your site and replaced the lamp according to the instructions on the video. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. Although it now take a little longer for the blinking light to come on, it still does nevertheles. Any idea where I can purchase the power supplies for Apple 360? Any help is much appreciated.

When I print, my pages are coming out with a gray shadow running along the left side and slightly through the center. The text is fine. Is there a way to clean the roller or plate if this is the problem?
