Hp HP LaserJet IIIP+

How to open HP Laserjet Toners?!?!?

I have a HP LaserJet IIIP printer where the toner (for that printer) is finished. I have extra inks in bottles in my garage.. So all I am wondering is how do you open the toner so i could refill it without spending any money :)
Is there a good website for these kinds of things could be found?

-Thank You

It's not as easy as pouring toner in it. We used to be able to get about 4 cycles out of one of those cartridges. Then the R&D boys at HP degraded the components especially the wiper blade so they'd only go one cycle. Our failure rate shot up from 1\% to over 50\%. We bought equipt. to cut them open so we could replace the wiper blade. We also put in a new drum because they don't last very long either. What I'm trying to tell you is that it's not cost effective to do your own cartridges, given the investment necessary to do them properly. If you want to mess with it, just pull out the pins on each side of the cartridge and it falls apart. It's kind of hard to grab the pins because they don't stick out much.
