HP IIIP Accordian Folds

I have a HP IIIP printer that I am having problems with. I have installed your accordion fold repair kit, but that still has not fixed my problem. Starting a new print job, the first page will print blank and come out approx. halfway and I will get a Code 13 paper jam. Opening the printer and removing the paper will clear the error. If I then print I get folds on the bottom of the pages. This is only on the normal top output. Selecting the output to the front I have no problems. This occurs with both the front side manual paper feed and the paper tray feed. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The rollers themselves won't cause the blank page. If you are still getting accordion folds, pull up on the rollers. Below them you'll see 4 black plastic rollers on metal brackets. The brackets are held in by 4 screws. Back off each screw about 1/2 a turn counter-clockwise. Adjust it a little looser or tighter to get rid of the folds if necessary.

Touchdown. I have gotten rid of the folds. I assume a software/driver setting is causing the blank page. Easily fixable. Great service, great product, great price. I highly recommend your company!
