Select 360 not in chooser

After replacing the Quartz Fusing Lamp (the video was excellent) our Apple Select 360 went off our LAN and refuses to show up in the chooser.

I tried going directly from my Power Mac but even with cable hooked direct, the 360 does not show on the chooser.

Test Page prints okay and switch on back is set to "0".

It was in the chooser before the lamp replacement so I must have done something while replacing the lamp.

Any thoughts?

There is absolutely nothing in the lamp replacement procedure that could cause the problem since the only thing that's disturbed is the fuser. We know the repair was successful as it's printing the test page. I'm not a Mac person by any stretch of the imagination. I do know enough that it needs to be set at 0 and 4 will give you a config page. Maybe Sue O. knows. She's a Mac person, but I don't know if she monitors Apple threads. You could try finding her name in a recent post and emailing her.
