Apple LW Select 360 black spots

I recently got a Select 360. Everything was fine except that there were half inch wide black spots appeared in middle of the page from top to bottom Their were repeated every 0.75in approximately. The spots were half inch by half inch with an irregular sharp and had the ghost of previous text in it. I opened the cover while it was printing and found that the spots were appeared on the drum. It was cleared out if I turn the drum. Thus, the problem should be one of the rollers inside the cartridge. I disassembly the cartridge, but didn’t find any contamination in PCR or transfer roller. I also removed the little plastic next to the middle of the PCR with no help. Any suggestion? If the rollers are the cause of the spots, is it possible to clean them?
That's usually a problem with the wiper blade. It's worn and not cleaning the drum, thus resulting in the spots and the ghost image. A good wiper will remove the previous image and leave the drum clean for the rest of the print job.

Thanks jon, the drum is clean after each print. There is no residue left on the drum. Although I don't think it is the wiper, I will check it anyway.
