LaserWriter Select 360 printing lines

I have an Apple LaserWriter 360 Select and the print quality is sharp all over the page except there is about 3 to a page of gray lines. How do I fix that?
Another question is how do I pull the logic board out to upgrade ram in this printer?

-Thank You
If they are horizontal lines, it's the toner cartridge. You have to remove the top cover to access the logic board. There are 2 screws, one on each side when you open the door. The logic board has a metal shield on it and about 10 screws that have to come out. The screws are 2 different sizes so keep track of where they came out of.

They are horizonal lines. Does that mean I have to buy a new toner cartridge or just clean it some how?

Can't clean them. It's damage to the photoconductive drum in the cartridge. Have to replace the cartridge.
