The print head is clogged. I've tried your cleaning solution process without success. It looks lilke I need a new print head. Do you sell them?
One cleaning is not always enough to unclog the print head. Once you slowly inject the cleaning solution wait at least 3 hours to allow the soloution soak.

Steve...Just to let you know: Sometimes I let the syringe with the cleaning solution, actually set for several days, in the printhead assembly, to get a bad clog to dissolve. Usually I will go back every six hours or so and gently apply pressure onto the syringes plunger, to see if any solution can be slowly injected. That would indicate that the clog may be starting to dissolve. Sometimes I even have to apply the syringe with additional fluids, more than one time to get a bad clog to dissolve. Sometimes a bad clog can even damage the printhead nozzles and nothing you can do will actually help. Remember that if you try to force the plunger to try and push the fluids in, you can actually damage the tiny hoses in the nozzle assembly and the printhead assembly will be ruined...Good Luck!
